Part of the Milford Trail will be closed from June to October 2020 due to the construction of a new bridge over the Michigan River in Romulus. Part of the site will also be closed for a few months during the Great Lakes Water Quality Control Study.

The Wabash Freight House at Huntstraße 11147 in Romulus, MI, 48174 was built around the turn of the century (1900) and shows how the earliest families in the area lived in the 19th century. The archive contains a collection of written testimonies from the historic Samuel Kingsley House, the first African-American family to live in Romulus. It contains a large number of letters, letters to family members and other written testimonies of how they lived and interacted with each other in the 18th and 19th centuries.
